The history of the patches

Patches are embroidered or printed pieces of fabric that can be attached with safety pins or attached to the textile by sewing. Modern methods include ironing on, gluing, or a Velcro solution. Computer-aided machine production has made the once rare art suitable for the masses.

These textile badges have been used for centuries as an important means of identification and a sign of group membership, for example for the military as a symbol on uniforms or as a symbol of social organizations. How denim jackets with patches became a trend

For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and will be charged as soon as your package reaches your country. BE EDGY Berlin does not withhold duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict what your possible duties will be: in case such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. Orders will be sent to the shipping address provided by the buyer. Alternatively, delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible.

All shipped orders can be tracked online. The shipment number, which can be used to check the current status of an order, will be sent by e-mail as soon as the order is ready for shipment. If you provided a mobile number when placing your order, you will be notified by SMS.

Should it be necessary to divide your order into several packages due to technical or logistical reasons, there will be no additional costs for you.

Environmental protection and sustainability are important to us. We therefore attach great importance to our shipping to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Since reuse is more sustainable than recycling in this respect, we take a step ahead of recycling and pack our packages as often as possible with the same shipping cartons for the sake of the environment.

The delivery period is calculated from the receipt of full payment for the ordered goods (including VAT and shipping costs). In case of payments via PayPal, the delivery period is calculated from the moment of making the payment.
