Bleibgrün GmbH, Sonnenallee 223 12059 Berlin is responsible for data processing.

You can reach the data protection officer of the responsible party at mail@saxelfur.de

  1. Sweepstakes

If you participate in a sweepstakes, we process the following personal data about you:

* Your first and last name

* A salutation (Mr./Mrs.)

* Your postal address

* Your e-mail address.

We use this data exclusively to conduct the sweepstakes, to notify the winners by e-mail and to send the prizes by mail. The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

We will delete your data when it is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes. This is usually the case when the competition has been completed and the prizes have been sent to the winners.

  1. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter by ticking the appropriate box on the competition card, we will store your e-mail address in our distribution list.

We use this exclusively to send you our newsletter. This data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, 7 DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

We will immediately delete your email address from our distribution list as soon as you revoke your consent to us. As long as we do not hear from you, we assume that you continue to be interested in our newsletter and leave your email address in our distribution list.

We use the program MailChimp, provided by the company The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA, to send our newsletter. This requires MailChimp to have access to your email address and also to store it on servers in the USA. MailChimp is certified under the "Privacy Shield" data protection agreement and has thus voluntarily committed to comply with data protection requirements that are deemed sufficient by the EU. Information on the security of your data with MailChimp can be found here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

We also statistically evaluate how many newsletter recipients open our emails and which elements in the newsletter are clicked on. For this purpose, our email contains a tiny file, a so-called "beacon", which communicates with MailChimp's server when the newsletter is opened. It reports back to MailChimp when and, if applicable, how often you opened the newsletter and which articles you clicked on, and transmits technical information such as your IP address. MailChimp uses this data to create statistics, which we use to better adapt the newsletter to the interests of our readers in the future. It is possible, but not the aim of this analysis, that individual accesses are assigned to specific email addresses.

The legal basis for the tracking of our newsletter is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We invoke a legitimate interest in using marketing measures in a targeted and efficient manner, for which a measurement of success is essential.

  1. Your rights

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time. The scope of your right to information can be found in Art. 15 DSGVO.

Likewise, you have the right to demand correction of your personal data stored by us under the conditions of Art. 16 DSGVO.

In addition, you can demand the deletion of your personal data in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO and the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO.

You may object to data processing that we base on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) under the conditions of Art. 21 DSGVO.

If the requirements of Art. 20 DSGVO are met, we are obliged to enable you to transfer your data.

You also have the right to complain about our processing of your personal data to the competent supervisory authority.
