Your tasks

You communicate with national & international customers by phone, mail and social media

You advise customers competently in all questions from the areas of ordering, product, payment, logistics and complaints

You actively contribute to increasing customer satisfaction by quickly and competently solving inquiries

Supporting the online team in all day-to-day business activities

Master data maintenance

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your commercial apprenticeship

and ideally already have experience in sales/customer service

Very good handling of the MS Office programs Outlook, Excel and Word

You have knowledge of commercial business processes

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Self-initiative and independence are a matter of course for you

You are reliable, helpful and a team player

A structured and careful working style is one of your strengths

Ideally, you have knowledge of or experience with merchandise management systems
